This documentary explores the lasting impacts of developmental trauma including devastating negative impacts on self-perception and core beliefs, increased risk of substance abuse, as well as the more commonly understood intrusive impacts of trauma. Gabor shares his own history of trauma and the approach he’s developed to resolve trauma impacts. As a qualified doctor, Gabor also looks as the use of psychedelics as a potential therapeutic tool for working with negative self perceptions related to trauma.
